RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 
We offer easy returns and exchanges.
The customer has the right to return/exchange the order within 14 days of receiving it.
 

When can return a product?

  • The package can be opened upon delivery and returned immediately with the shipping company.
  • In case of receiving a physically damaged product or wrong/ different product from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date.
  • In the event that a manufactured defect appears in the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, the customer has the right to make a return request, and then the representative of the shipping company will be sent to receive the product within 4 working days, and once the return arrives at our warehouse and verifies the defect, the value of the product will be transferred in full without any discounts.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • For bundle returns: There is no option to return a specific item in a bundle upon delivery, as the whole bundle should be received then submit a return request, or the whole bundle be returned.
 

How do I cancel an order?

  • You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by contact us.
  • In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order by contact us.
